ITI Chandragiri, a premier leading technical institution in the district of Gajapati, Odisha established in the year 2012 has been a mission to produce skilled technicians to contribute for the sake of nation building which leads to global industrialisation. It is functioning under the administrative control of Directorate of Technical Education & Training (DTE&T), Govt. of Odisha, Skill Development & Technical Education (SD&TE) department, Govt. Of odisha.

It is established under Multi Sectorial Development Programme (MSDP) for welfare of Minorities in Gajapati district

The institute has a very beautiful campus spread over nearly 10 Acres of land with 5000 sqm built up area of Academic building cum Workshop and Administrative building.

The Passed out Trainees can go for higher studies like diploma in engineering. There are also specialised short term courses in Advanced Training Institute (ATI) which enhances the skills of candidates. ITI qualified persons can set up their own garage, motor/generator/transformer winding shops or fabrication shops depending upon trade opted. Also candidates can apply for jobs in private sector and public sectors. Government organisations like Indian Army, Indian Railways, Navy, Airforce and also paramilitary forces like BSF, CRPF provide opportunities for ITI passed candidates of different trades.
